SMART FACTORY
One of the pillars of our strategy is ongoing investment in production means and the optimization of our processes, transmitting effectiveness and competitiveness to our clients.
With automatic production lines in all departments, as part of Industry 4.0, we are constantly evolving, automating our production means and incorporating innovation into our facilities with advanced technology like artificial view, additive manufacturing and collaborative robots.
Hyperconnectivity and the integration of processes through H2M (human to machine) and M2M (machine to machine) systems, MES (manufacturing execution system) software, IoT in equipment, and Cloud Computing are implemented throughout the plant to manage the control of manufacturing systems and orders, viewing of documents, time analysis, incidents, capacities, etc., reporting information and solutions.
PROCESS UNDER CONTROL
The company’s facilities are designed for the control of static electricity with dissipative elements, with all personnel having precise ESD devices for the correct handling of electronic products in accordance with standard EN-61340.
The environmental conditions are monitored and managed in compliance with the standards of regulation JEDEC J-STD-033 regarding the handling, storage, and control of sensitive materials.
All the departments are set up to work independently with products under the RoHS and Non-RoHS product regulations.
Our quality standards are based on the regulations of the IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries.
The constant monitoring of our systems, including the cybersecurity and redundancy of these, is an inherent part of all the company’s core processes.
